Two Performance Materials, Multiple Real Wood Looks
TimberTech® uses proprietary advanced technology to engineer long-lasting, sustainable decking that offers realistic wood looks and unparalleled performance. Both their Advanced PVC and Composite Decking are protected by an ultra-durable polymer cap that resists moisture and locks in rich color.

Engineered to be enjoyed for a lifetime
TimberTech® Advanced PVC is made from 100% polymer with zero organic material and up to 60% recycled content, making it highly resistant to moisture damage and fire. It also stays cooler to the touch than competitive composite decking and offers up to 40% better slip resistance.

Raising the bar for composite decking
TimberTech® Composite Decking is made from approximately 85% recycled polymers and reclaimed wood fibers. It’s available in a wider range of colors and price points than PVC,. and Iits four-sided proprietary polymer cap offers better moisture resistance than other composite brands.

Framing for a Long-Lasting Deck
A well-built frame is crucial for preserving your deck’s stability, safety, and longevity. We use high-quality materials to ensure your deck remains flat and beautiful for decades.
KDAT Lumber
KDAT (Kiln Dried After Treatment) lumber is pressure treated, then dried of excess moisture to return it to its original size. This prevents warping, shrinking, and cupping, making KDAT lumber an ideal material for long-term stability.
engineered Lumber
Engineered lumber is manufactured from a variety of wood products that are bound together to form a structurally sound composite material. It is strong and stiff, which provides it the necessary stability to bear heavy loads without concern.
aluminum
Aluminum provides strength and durability without the vulnerabilities of wood framing. Unlike wood, it is highly resistant to fire, moisture, warping, twisting, rot, and insect damage. It is also lightweight and supports an incredibly flat deck surface.

We Use Helical Pier Footings for a Strong Foundation
There are several options for deck footings out there, but at Lake Country Decks, we only use the best. Helical piers are screwed into the ground with hydraulic machinery until they reach a stable, load-bearing soil layer. Helical piers are installed deeper than conventional concrete footings, providing a stronger and more durable foundation that is resistant to frost heave and soil settlement. They also allow for faster deck construction, since there is no need to wait for concrete to cure.
