At Lake Country Decks, our deck design process centers around realizing your vision in a timely, organized manner. We love helping homeowners build the ideal deck for their outdoor space, and we are here to offer our professional guidance as you consider your options. Whether you’re building a brand-new deck or resurfacing an existing one, our process will follow these simple steps.

1 Design Consultation

The first step is to schedule a free, on-site consultation at your home. We’ll discuss the layout and design of your deck, including special features and the overall scope of the project. Following this meeting, we’ll send you a free estimate detailing different product options for your deck.

2 Material & Color Selections

Next, you’ll choose the style and color of your decking components. This meeting can happen in our showroom or at your home. You’ll have the opportunity to view material samples and consider your options for decking , railings, and more. We’ll also present 3D digital renderings, prepared ahead of time, for you to visualize what your deck could look like. Once all design selections have been finalized, we’ll provide an approximate timeframe for construction.

3 Construction

It’s now time to build! We will secure all necessary permits and notify you before we begin construction at your home. We take great care to respect your property, maintaining a safe, organized job site. We also value open communication and will keep you updated throughout the building process.
